Vaccines are safe, effective and the best way to protect you and those around you from serious illnesses like COVID‑19. Anyone born in 2016 or earlier is eligible to get a first and second dose.

If you booked your appointment with a public health unit, pharmacy, hospital, mobile or pop-up clinic, contact them directly to manage your appointments. -
Get an enhanced vaccine certificate
Download or print an enhanced vaccine certificate with a QR code (sometimes called a vaccine passport) to make providing proof of vaccination easier.You will need a green photo health (OHIP) card to log into the system.
If you do not have one, call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 to have your certificate sent to you.
