COVID-19 courthouse screening

Answer the following questions before you enter an Ontario courthouse, even if you have been vaccinated and have proof of vaccination. Your result will tell you if you can or cannot enter, and what to do next.

Everyone in your household must stay home if anyone has COVID-19 symptoms or is waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms. Get a COVID-19 test (if you are eligible) if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or are a close contact of a known COVID-19 case and self-isolate.

Stay home until the person with symptoms gets a negative COVID-19 test result, or is cleared by public health, or is diagnosed with another illness.

Anyone who is sick or has any symptoms of illness, including those not listed in this screening tool, should stay home and seek assessment from their health care provider if needed.

This screening is only meant for entering Ontario courthouses and cannot diagnose you. If you have medical questions, consult a health care provider or your local public health unit.
